SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Product Manager for a leading Financial Services business in Gibraltar. This job as Product Manager is ideal for an individual with previous experience producing relevant Financial Services products. The right Product Manager will be charged with increasing the profitability of existing products and developing new products for the company. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire product management life cycle

• Work on a regular basis with system architect to define product release requirements

• Work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning

• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research

• Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning

• Developing high level Product Requirements Document and an elaborate Software Requirements Specification

• Responsible for creating User Acceptance Test procedures, facilitating UAT sessions with end-users, and ensuring that the product meets the specifications

Product Manager Profile:

• 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience

• 2+ years of experience in software development lifecycle (from planning, design to execution & release), preferably on a web-based product

• Ideally a strong knowledge base of current products available in Financial Services

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Technical competence & strong analytical skills

• Computer Science or Engineering degree an advantage
