SRG Europe's Contingency Recruitment Service is a 'success only' recruitment model or to put it more simply: if we don't find the right candidate, you don't pay us.
On-demand, non-strategic recruitment
This is our most frequently used service as it addresses the on-demand, non-strategic nature of most of our client's recruitment requirements. This service tends to be used for both new and ongoing openings where a fast turn around and an accurate match are the main priorities.
Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the final candidate remuneration package with a guaranteed graduated 90 day rebate period. Once terms of business have been agreed and signed we are ready to begin sourcing candidates.
As specialist recruiters our preference is for a fixed period of exclusivity on the role(s) which then allows us to concentrate on finding the best talent, rather than participating in a CV race when multiple agencies are involved in the recruitment process.

Our approach and methodology for contingency recruitment is specifically designed to find the best and brightest talent available in the marketplace. We manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. A comprehensive process which would include:
- Client profile and position brief
- Agree candidate blueprint
- Candidate sourcing process
- Candidate screening process
- Candidate agency-side interviews
- Candidate short listing and introduction to client
- Client interview/s
- Job offer and acceptance
- Placement review
Please note, we normally expect to fill a contingency role within 14 days.
