The executive search process provides access to a wide range of candidates with the relevant skills. We get under the skin of the brief from the outset using our extensive network of contacts and connections, coupled with high level sector expertise and sophisticated research methods to identify, target and approach the best matched individuals. This process culminates in the provision of a very precise shortlist of high calibre candidates who meet the requirements of the role, the business and its culture.
Our Executive Search and Selection Service is charged on the basis of, one third of our fee payable on acceptance of client instructions, one third on presentation of a short list of suitable applicants, with the balance becoming payable on a candidates acceptance of an offer of engagement.
Executive search assignments are usually completed within 90-120 days.
