Financial Services

SRGEurope’s Financial Services team works alongside some of Europe’s most prestigious financial institutions to place financial services professionals in important roles across Europe.

Our Financial Services team is a small dedicated unit operating under the umbrella of the larger SRGEurope business. Extremely well connected, in our core territories of UK, Ireland, Gibraltar and Malta, they are engaged by a select group of internationally recognised banks and insurers, private banks, wealth advisors, independent financial advisors and pension companies, usually on a retained basis, to recruit for strategically important mid to senior level management positions and board appointments.

In most cases liaising directly with senior management, executives, practice heads or business owners, this is a discreet, confidential service that is trusted by our clients to locate and attract key individuals who can really perform at a senior level.

IFA Recruitment

Headed by ex-Broker Consultant Oliver Medina, SRGEurope have one of the few IFA recruitment teams who really understand the IFA marketplace.

Oliver, an FPC qualified financial services professional with over 5 years IFA industry experience and a similar amount as a senior level financial services recruiter, is a true industry expert. He and his team are extremely well connected and are able to deliver across all types of search and selection, headhunting or contingency recruitment exercises.

With the Retail Distribution Review fast approaching our specialist IFA team are also becoming increasingly engaged in the business acquisition/disposal aspects of IFA’s retiring from the industry. We work both demand and supply side, successfully introducing acquisition opportunities to our cash rich client base as well securing lucrative exits for those seeking to sell their business.

Debt Recovery/Credit Management

Led by industry expert Faye Clamp, our Credit Management team work in partnership with credit management companies, debt collection organisations and legal recovery businesses to attract high quality sales and operations candidates for permanent jobs in the Credit Management and Debt Recovery industry.

We work closely with our clients across a diverse range of credit and collections operations including debt recovery, field recovery and legal recovery.
