What You Will Be Doing

• Financial Strategy to execute financial plans that align with objectives
• Operational Oversight to demonstrate a nuanced understanding of corporate dynamics and their impact on financial planning and strategy
• Budget Development to spearhead the annual budget creation process, working closely with department leaders to ensure precise forecasting and resource distribution
• Financial Reporting to generate accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for the CEO and management team
• Compliance and Risk Oversight
• Stakeholder Relations to foster business growth, leverage synergies, and nurture collaborative partnerships

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

• Ideally an Accounting recognised qualification, Finance MBA, ACA, ACCA or similar level within Europe
• A strong background in translating financial information into actionable insights for stakeholders outside of finance
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Operational Excellence to be able to demonstrate a track record of overseeing financial operations, risk mitigation, internal controls, and process improvements in creative production settings
• Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills
• Capable of bridging creative visions with financial opportunities
