As the Creative Director, you’ll lead the Design and Art teams, reporting to the CEO. SRG’s ideal candidate will shape the strategic direction for both disciplines, overseeing a talented team based in Berlin. You’ll be instrumental in empowering artists and designers to shape the game’s success. The Creative Director will play a key role in shaping the game’s concept, themes, characters, storylines, art style, and gameplay mechanics, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the development team to ensure that these elements align with the vision for AAA game!

What You Will Be Doing
• Align the creative vision seamlessly with product strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams
• Foster strong relationships, ensuring a unified understanding and appreciation of creative choices
• Establish and maintain high-quality standards for design and artistic contributions throughout the development process
• Work collaboratively to identify and monitor creative metrics, leveraging insights to refine and elevate the creative vision
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
• Solid grasp of game design fundamentals, artistic trends, and player behaviour
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the gaming sector
• Demonstrated proficiency in defining and implementing OKRs to drive team and project success
• Contributed to the launch of at least one AAA game, engaging from Pre-Production to Launch
• Effective communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities
• Capability to harmonise creative vision with project limitations and business goals
