SRG are searching. As Lead Game Data Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in guiding games’ success through data-driven insights in game design, player behaviour, and monetization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain games’ competitiveness in the evolving gaming market. The Lead Game Data Analyst will lead a team of data analysts, focusing on product, user acquisition, and monetization, using data to enhance performance and revenue.

What You Will Be Doing
• Help to develop features & gameplay functionality in Unity with C#
• Dive into existing functionality and systems to extend as-needed
• Develop and integrate new tools & SDKs
• Iterate on new or existing functionality and UI / UX
• Demonstrate outstanding coding and development skills
• Critical review and improvements to software developed by other specialists
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
• 5+ years of data analysis experience in gaming
• Expertise in real-time data analysis for live game operations
• Proficiency in SQL for complex query writing
• Skills in Python and BI tools like Looker
• Experience with AB testing
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
