A seasoned Senior Producer to spearhead an exciting, undisclosed AAA project in London. Reporting to the Production Director, the ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse teams throughout the studio, establishing effective organisational workflows and methodologies to deliver top results on schedule and within budget. You’ll guide and oversee various project elements, serving as a unifying force for the team.

What You Will Be Doing
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-calibre work
• Foster a positive team culture and boost morale
• Work closely with disciplined Directors and Leads to translate creative concepts into actionable, scoped strategies
• Monitor and communicate development team progress, morale, and potential risks, addressing issues promptly
• Balance long-term planning with the iterative process inherent in creative development, create, test, and revise until satisfied with the end result
• Represent and advocate for your teams, cultivating relationships with internal and external partners
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
• Proven track record as a Producer within a sizable development team, having successfully shipped a title in a production capacity
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering high-quality work efficiently
• Proficient with project management tools like JIRA/Confluence
• Strong commitment to fostering a positive team culture and enhancing development efficiency
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
