What You Will Be Doing

• Play a direct role in boosting KPIs through involvement in operational strategy
• Lead the design and execution of LiveOps initiatives
• Team up with Analysts and Data Science teams to devise short and long-term AB testing plans
• Develop enhancement strategies for systems and features post A/B testing
• Coordinate with the CRM team to manage LiveOps communication schedules
• Collaborate with Marketing and User Acquisition teams on customer research, growth strategies, and promotional campaigns

• You are an expert in free-to-play mobile game business models and products
• You have a strong understanding of the game economy and monetisation
• You are a team player who demonstrates humility and loves accountability
• You have worked closely with Analysts to help set short- and long-term AB testing
